As the title states, my APC Back-UPS has started randomly doing this. It can pulse like this anywhere from a couple seconds up to 15 minutes before stopping. It will operate normally for several days and then randomly start doing this again. Everything on the screen shows normal with little load. Does anybody have any ideas what the problem ...
