A Wither Blade isn't absolutely necessary for F7 (it is nice to have if you have coin), Spirit Sceptre is fine. You are going to need Cata 28. Also I suggest putting your Tuning Points on Speed so you clear faster. You're also going to need general utility items for F7 (Wither Cloak Sword, Bonzo Staff, Jerry-Chine Gun) Hope this helps!

Honestly, mage isn't great in f7 (especially as cata 30) w/o hyperion. I played bers until about cata 32 then switched to mage when I could afford a hyperion. Mostly just wanted to try mage but if it’s too expensive that makes sense. Don't. 💀. LCM is garbage before MM. Not really. LCM setup would involve a GS/Claymore for dmg (+ a few other things) and RCM involves pure right click like Ss and midas staff. You also build it differently compared to RCM. Tf is LCM.
