Most students would probably say that SATA questions are the hardest question formats because, as the name implies, you need to find "all" the correct answers for a given question. The 1# type of question you should get overall is priority type. Also alot of nclex questions have to do with safety so many questions you can eliminate choices when thinking in a safety mindset.
