The past couple of weeks I have heard what sounds to me like a "clicking" noise. Only hear it around 40-60km per hour. I've heard it in 2wd and 4x4 auto. It's not a grinding sound, the truck feels the same with or without noise. The noise reminds me of old school mechanical speedometers that the plastic gears are clicking.

You may want to pull the old shocks off and go for a test drive to see if the clicking stops.
