Quoted me $722 for the replacement.For your sake, I hope it is the gasket shown as #12 and not the internal spool valve gasket. The internal gasket failed on my 2007 and there is no available replacement short of replacing the entire spool valve.When I investigated I saw oil all over the alternator and found it coming from the VVT/Spool valve. I purchased the VVT/Spool valve gaskets from Ebay, because Honda doesn't offer them, replaced and resolved the leak. I then clean the entire area good to remove as much oil as possible. 3 months now and so for so good.Consider if you need to replace the spool valve also with a new one. I would go with Honda personally, but Dorman has one 918-056 for about $85. You need to watch for leak since you are missing one of the bolts.
