I had this happen when I reached level 29 and suddenly my QB lost the requirements to activate the X-Factor in-game. I went back into my Skills, selected a different X-Factor (Bazooka) and re-selected my original X-Factor (Run & Gun) and saved. This seems to have fixed my issue as the next game I went into had the requirements to activate my X ...
