Nasty thing when driving ATV 'cause I cannot have a reference point. The game is up-to-date and all DLC are both installed and active.

Basically whenever I restart Steam, it resyncs with the cloud and reset all my outposts and discovered outlook points. Although completed missions stay unchanged. I've not explored all of the reserves yet and still have many structures to build. Of the ones I've explored and unlocked most outposts and viewpoints I've also found Vurhongs Savannah has some excellent hunting stands.
