Same issue as you, Found the fix. I had to open yuzu in steam desktop, then open speaker on the desktop bottom right menu. click applications and Yuzu is muted by default. I unchecked mute and booted back into steam deck game OS. Audio works now.Then set the launch parameter to the path where your game is located. You may have to do this one step at a time due to bug in steam. It maybe a good idea to create a shortcut to the menu so you can configure inputs. Once you can access games though steam, make sure to configure input on yuzu running through steam.
