All in all, here is the total breakdown of the number of skills Amara's melee build will have: 10 passive abilities, one action skill effect, and one action skill from the Brawl. 3 passive abilities only from the Mystical Assault skill tree. 2 passive abilities and one action skill element from Fist of the Elements.

If I remember correctly, the Fabricator goes based on your Mayhem level so if you set your level to 11 and spawn guns you can get at least the guns you need. Additionally there is a Legendary setting but that costs 250 per shot which could be a steep cost.

A lot of those builds just list the "best in slot" but in reality the build can still work with other guns, just maybe not at M10 level. Stuff like Relics and COMs might be the biggest factor due to the special effects those have.
