It's not impossible, it's just more difficult and it requires the survivor to make a mistake. Same goes for survivors every time they get picked up. There is a chance they can wiggle off but it's difficult and the killer has to make a mistake. 99% of the time when a killer picks up a survivor they get hooked. The issue with boil over currently is literally just map RNG. I'm not saying to add a hook every ten meters but if the devs just like, guaranteed hook spawns in problem areas like the library then the perk would be fine. Realistically though- no he won't be banned as its not against any TOS. Abusing no mither the dbd community never fails to surprise me. People will threaten to report for anything they didn't like. I got threatened with a report for using DS to escape back when you could still use it in the end game.

Most of iron grasp doesn't work on boil over players. At most it should only slightly increase the wiggle free time. I don't know if it impacts the struggle effect at all. Boil over is supposed to overpower iron grasps struggle effect reduction. What iron grasp does is limited and I doubt helps with the infinites.I run it from time to time for memes. Power struggle, unbreakable, flip flop, tenacity (or replace tenacity for any means necessary or boil over).
