I ran into the same issue, I found that the Harness that connects the headlights itself to the car had some loose wires in it, and if I fiddled around with the wires I could make the low beam come back on. 2008 g6 battery issue. My 2008 4cyl. g6 in october was acting like the battery was dying, would barely turnover, it would by almost to the point of dying.
