SIG's 2012 catalogue states (paraphrase) "smaller grip included" with gun. This would lead one to believe that the higher the number, the smaller the grip. Or maybe mine was reversed.This polymer frame gun with a stainless steel slide is very similar to the P229, but for about half the price.
