It might not match yours exact depending on serial number but at least it will give some place for you to start. The terminals on the fuel tanks look to be variable resistors so you won't find much current flow there.Chris, first try to adjust the clutch. I attached some images from the manual. check the wiring. If the wiring does not reveal any problem and a clutch adjustment does not resolve it, it may be time to replace the clutch.
