Edit: Decided to test it again because I started to wonder if it didn't work because I didn't break the window first. With a broken window and only one barricade I was able to shoot through it, but not when I added an extra plank. Same here, I just figured out that Realistic Weapon Durabilities was causing the issue. Disabled it on the load screen, started the file, option now shows up (and works) just fine.
