I called xfinity, and the rep said seasonal holds has to be for a minimum of 3 months, and apparently june 28th - august 31st is 3 months -- I don't get how this works so this is my first confusion.We are coming home early and need to cancel our seasonal hold. The system only lets me cancel on August 8. We want to cancel as of today. Also I have two addresses in the system and need to get rid of the old one that we moved away from over a year and half ago.
